具体细节(六个杏仁饼干、手掌大小的饼干)比“美味的饼干”更有画面感,也更容易被读者(包括未来的自己)记住。
技巧二:用“I realized / I noticed / I found”引出感悟
这三个句型是日记最自然的感悟引导词:

日记写作的流程比语法准确性更重要。先把意思写出来,用中文占位,写完全部内容再回头补充和修改。这个习惯能避免“卡住一个词,整段都写不下去”的困境。

C 用了“so…that”结构(如此……以至于),通过一个具体行为(忘记看手机)来展示快乐的程度,比直接说“very happy”更有画面感和感染力。这就是“show don't tell”原则——不直接说“我很快乐”,而是展示快乐的证据。A、B、D 都是直接陈述情绪,没有展示情绪的具体表现。
